The BMW Group has extended the official information on the large-scale renovation of the family hatchback 1-Series. World premiere of new items will be held in March at the Geneva Motor Show.

The petrol line 1-Series consists of five models: three-cylinder 116i (1,5 liters, 109 hp and 180 Nm) and the four-cylinder 118i (1,6 liters, 136 hp and 220 Nm), 120i (1, 6-liter, 177 hp and 250 Nm) and 125i (two liters, 218 hp and 310 Nm).

A top performance of M135i is available with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. It is still equipped with a three-liter gasoline turbo engine, which returns increased to 326 hp and 450 Nm. RWD modification to the “mechanics” ramp up “hundreds” of 5.1 seconds, and equipped “automatic” machine to repeat this achievement in 4.9 seconds.

For comparison, one of the most popular on the market version, 120i, gaining 100 km / h in 7.4 seconds with the ITUC and 7.2 – with automatic transmission.

The diesel line-up includes three-cylinder model polutoralitrovye 116d (116 hp and 270 Nm), as well as four-dvuhlitrovye118d (150 hp and 320 Nm), 120d (190 hp and 400 Nm) and 125d (224 hp and 450 Nm). Note that the version of the 118d and 120d can be ordered with all-wheel drive xDrive.

The list of available transmissions include a six-speed “mechanics” and vosmidiapazonny “machine» Steptronic, which by default are equipped with “senior” model in the lineup. As an option, this transmission is available with any of the BMW 1-Series.

Inside, the car appeared edging audio and air ducts of chromium, as well as an analog meter fuel on models without a digital instrument panel – a tribute to the classic models of BMW.
