Acura NSX powerplant will cool more than a dozen radiators

Company Acura, which is preparing to release a production version of its hybrid supercar Acura NSX, spoke about some of the technical details of its construction. However, the official capacity of the power plant burst NSX has yet to announced.

Earlier it was reported that the power plant will make Acura NSX V6 petrol and three electric motors, two of which will rotate the front wheels. All of these power units will need powerful cooling, so engineers plan to stay Acura exchangers wherever possible – including the front fenders. A cooled gasoline engine will be engaged in just three of the radiator. Four engines will develop the total is expected to from 500 to 550 hp, but the company is planning and production of a charged version of Type R.


Pay for the Acura NSX in the US, where the first supercar goes on sale, have about 150 000 dollars. Currently no information about the appearance of the model in the Russian market there.
