Honda has unveiled a new generation of touring Shuttle. Now the model designation consists of one word – the former name of Fit Shuttle is no longer applicable.
On the upcoming premiere of the car became known in late March – then appeared on the Internet images of the new patent wagon. As before, Shuttle is designed for home market of Japan.
The car is a versatile, created on the base model Fit (Jazz). From hatchback compact shuttle differs primarily elongated rear portion with increased overhang. The manufacturer has not yet disclose the amount of luggage wagon, but it can be assumed that this figure will be more than 500 liters – a standard Fit placed only 384 liters of cargo (884 – with the seats folded).
Shuttle can be ordered in front-wheel version with a 1.5-liter engine (110 hp), as well as in the version with four-wheel drive and hybrid. It consists of a 1.5-liter engine (running on the Atkinson cycle), the electric motor, lithium-ion batteries and “robot”.
To equip the machine while it is known that the “top” version of the Space Shuttle will get 16-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, navigation, steering wheel with leather braid, LED optics, roof rails and insert wooden cabin and system Honda smart key.

Note that in the model number of the brand already had a car called the Shuttle – the so-called European version of the Honda Odyssey minivan sample of the second half of the 1990s.
