Nissan has announced the completion of the lineup of cars. The novelty was the Juke compact crossover in the sports version NISMO RS. The model is based on the modification of the Juke NISMO and features a higher power output, modified chassis, upgraded brakes, new equipment and even more sporty appearance.
Juke NISMO RS received a specially tuned engine 1.6 DIG-T, whose power was raised to 218 hp (The previous version developed 200 hp) and torque increased from 250 to 280 Nm. All this performance for front-wheel drive and manual transmission. Crossover with CVT 4WD and a little more modest: 214 hp and 250 Nm.
On front-wheel drive Juke NISMO RS additionally installed a mechanical limited-slip differential. 4WD version is equipped with a system of targeted distribution of torque (Torque Vectoring).
Has been retuned exhaust system (exhaust sound became more fun), enhanced body rigidity, modified springs, shock absorbers and brakes. Regarding the latter, was increased diameter front discs with 298 to 320 mm, and the brake calipers are painted in bright red and decorated with the logo «RS» front and rear.
Inside the RS logo is shown on the tachometer. Visor dashboard lined with suede. The shift lever and shift paddles as well as the central panel differ unusual finish. All Juke NISMO RS features sports seats Recaro, xenon headlamps, Around View Monitor, complex active safety systems Safety Shield.
