British Kahn complement the line of Flying Huntsman pickup on the basis of Defender

British tuning studio Kahn presented the new conversion on the basis of the Land Rover Defender line Flying Huntsman (roughly means “Flying ranger” or “Flying Hunter”). At this time, the company has developed a pickup.

Recall all started a few months ago, when Kahn was first announced their own version called Defender Flying Huntsman, the main feature of which was the increase in the engine compartment. The first machine in the line was the three-door SUV, then there was a three-axis version, which provided studio in Geneva, and now it is the turn of a pickup.

The car carries the Flying Huntsman 105, where the number – the length of the wheelbase in inches (2667 mm). The basis was taken standard Defender 90-inch wheelbase (2286 mm), after which the machine was added another 15 inches (381 mm) in the engine compartment and 5.9 inches (150 mm) – wide.

As already submitted version Flying Huntsman equipped with 6.2-liter V8 engine developing GM, then the company said that the increase in the engine compartment required to house a large unit. But the sound is another version – supposedly a design course, which should cause associations with cars from the early 20th century.

The new pickup is equipped with a 2.2-liter diesel engine 105 hp, so the explanation of design in this case seems to be more appropriate. Paired with the engine running six-step “automatic”.

The car also received recustomized suspension and brakes, flared wheel arches and unique bumpers and a new grille, matte finish body and 18-inch wheels.

Buy pick-up can be as low as 58,875 pounds
